Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kazuri Collections. By making a reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are intended to help provide a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable stay for our guests and to protect the property.

Reservations & Payment

Reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed once the required payment and booking information have been successfully completed. Rates, taxes, cleaning fees, and any other applicable charges will be displayed during the booking process.

Check-In & Checkout

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and checkout is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late checkout may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.

Occupancy

The maximum occupancy for Indigo is two guests, minimum age 25 years. Only registered guests included in the reservation may occupy the property overnight.

Children & Infants

Indigo is an intimate studio and is not suitable for children or infants. The property does not provide child or infant accommodations or safety equipment.

Pets

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

Parties & Events

Parties, events, and disruptive gatherings are not permitted. Guests are expected to respect neighboring residents and other guests within the building.

Property Care & Damages

Guests are responsible for treating the property, furnishings, linens, towels, beach items, and other provided amenities with care. Guests may be responsible for the reasonable cost of repairing or replacing items that are damaged, lost, or missing during their stay, except for normal wear and tear.

House Rules

Guests agree to follow the house rules provided with the reservation, as well as applicable building rules and policies.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are governed by the cancellation policy presented to the guest at the time of booking. Guests should review the applicable cancellation terms carefully before confirming a reservation.

Building & Shared Areas

Indigo is a privately managed studio within a condominium building. Certain areas and amenities are shared with residents and other guests. Building amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, repairs, building policies, weather, or circumstances outside the property’s control.

Limitation of Responsibility

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings during their stay. Kazuri Collections is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal property except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
